Stressed About Stressing? Your Intuition Knows Better!
Do you ever get stressed about stressing?
Many of my clients have mentioned this issue and, as my own healer, I diligently have to watch myself in order to stop this crazy train of stress thinking before it gets out of hand.
We know better! You know better… but it is easy to worry about worrying because you know how detrimental it is to your health!
You may have heard that what you resist persists. It is true, so the first step towards teaching yourself to lay down the worry for a while is to remind yourself that the more you think about it, the more you’re going to think about it, lol.
Next, take a deep belly breath in and then exhale... As you begin to relax your body, check in with how you feel.
Does over thinking about this issue make you feel closer to the solution and more relaxed?...Or, are you feeling tightened, like it’s hard to relax, and still without answers?
In order to get in alignment with your intuition, you need to first feel good, like you can breathe, and more trusting of your life process.
It will take your due diligence and commitment to yourself to train yourself to feel good and relaxed and at ease.
This is the doorway to awakening to your intuition and into the healer part of yourself that knows what you need.
Distract yourself from the “stress mind” with meditation or an uplifting activity you enjoy.
Get yourself feeling good, and make it a priority.
Awaken the intuitive part of yourself and relax the “worry mind” so you can be confident in knowing exactly what you need...
