1. How much is my piece going to cost?

Each piece is very unique and you will have to set up a free consultation with me before I can determine cost. I will not make your piece unless the price I give you ahead of time is approved.

 

2. Can I see my design before I pay?

I can send you a picture while its in process if you wish, just ask, and you will have to give a 25% deposit of total cost before the process of making begins.

 

3.How long will my design take to complete?

I’ll give you a time frame before I begin that you’ll approve. It all depends on intricacy of design and if I have to specially buy a crystal to complete your piece.

 

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to within the US is free, but I can ship anywhere else you’d like as long as your willing to pay the shipping costs???? look into what countries can’t ship

 

5. What’s your return policy?

All custom made jewelry is non-refundable. All pre-made jewelry purchased in the US can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus $10 for restock and shipping.

 

6. Do you provide gift boxes?

I will present your piece in a jewelry bag made of sheer material giving your gift to yourself or a loved one a more home made and whimsical quality.

 

7. Can you make repairs to damaged jewelry?

If there are any major damages within 10 days of your purchase  I will repair the jewelry for you free of charge.  All repairs done after this time frame, I will have to review the damage by either having pictures sent or bringing the jewelry in to me. Following my review of the damage, I can provide you a price quote for the repair. If you chose to have the repair made, you will have to ship the jewelry to me and pay for the quoted costs prior to the repair of your healing jewelry.

Note: The jewelry is durable, however, care needs to be taken when wearing. The crystals can crack if the jewelry is dropped or thrown down on a hard surface. ,  You must take care of your healing crystals when taking them off and storing them by setting them gently perhaps in jewelry box lined with cloth. If worn during activities such as dancing, the jewelry could knock hard against each other and possibly damage. Here are some other FAQ's
