Neck Pain Relief

massage

One of the reasons massage therapy has been such a rewarding career for me is because I see immediate results after just one session, and so do my clients. Massaging the neck, in particular, is my favorite part because I know not only how important neck health can be for pain management and overall well being, I also know how difficult it can be to find a therapist that has just the right energy and touch in order to facilitate a massage experience that can put a dent into the stubbornly tight muscles of the upper trapezius and neck.

I take great pride in my work. I work intuitively and feel the muscles’ reactions to my touch to know when to put pressure and when to let up. My intuition, combined with active listening to the clients needs, helps me know how to adjust my style, pressure, and technique for each and every person.

When a client takes initiative to schedule their massage regularly and make their health a priority, the degree of healing they receive from each session increases over time. This healing experience occurs because, together, we create a massage technique that is tailored towards their specific healing needs.

Regardless of whether you have neck pain, low back issues, or sciatica, fitting massage care into your schedule should be priority. The healing results that my clients receive when they come regularly, whether it’s weekly, biweekly, or once a month, is profound and often all encompassing of the body, mind, and spirit.
